A daily-curated feed of jobs ranked against a deep profile of you — synthesized from your resume, portfolio, GitHub, and your own answers to a few honest questions. Swipe yes; we file. Swipe no; never see it again. On the company side, every employer gets an ungated review surface and a Hiring Experience Report Card built from candidate-side data we uniquely have.
Local-first AI
Profile parsing, match scoring, interview practice, cover letters — all run on a model on your own machine. Nothing about your career history goes to a third-party LLM by default.
Bias-audited
Synthetic-profile suite tests selection rates by demographic-correlated names against the EEOC 4/5ths rule on every release. Reports published openly.
Salary transparent
When a posting discloses comp, we show it everywhere — cards, search results, comparison views, an aggregated insights page. No estimates. No paywall.
